1:  Hacksaw along the horizontal belt-line being careful to go only
    through the plastic.
 
2.  Remove blown fuse and install new fuse in a fuseholder.
 
3.  Re-assemble with 2 nylon tie-wraps.

   At least that's one set of possible fix.
