They made a 4MB one too.  There was an article in a very (pre-GS) old
issue of incider.  It was about someone who ran a corporation with
Apple //e computers.  The //e's had Sider hard disk drives, 5MB of
memory...wait, it could be a RamFactor instead of a RamWorks.

In any case, like most corporations, they had custom programs written
by hired programmers that made good use of that memory.  The //e's
were also networked.
