Solved! ImageWriter II Loop Back Failure

Thanks to all those that responded. Unfortunately, it was "none of the
above," because I didn't ask the person the right questions e.g.,

Q: What program are you trying to run?
A: AppleWorks

Q: Which version:?
A: 3.1

Q: What is the name of the printer defined for AppleWorks?
A: ImageWriter

WHOOPS!! That was his problem, trying to drive an ImageWriter II with
the ImageWriter I driver.
