    That was the Quickie-C option, it allowed you to scan images
as either 16, 256 or 3200 colors. Apparently it didn't to a very
good job though, not too mention it was somewhat expensive.

    As far as I know, there was only one interface board regardless
of which Apple II model you owned (II+, IIe or IIgs). My Quickie was
originally being used in a IIe before I moved it to my IIgs system.
The PC interface is obviously different, so that makes two boards.

    As for the scanners themselves, although the scan heads were the
same, the casing color and shape seemed to vary. My Quickie is light
beige with a rounded back, although I believe some were square and
may have came in light-grey or white. Vitesse simply painted the
word "Quickie" on front and placed their own sticker ID over the 
original on bottom :) (the same is true of the ThunderScan GS).
