uploads to hypermall/incoming/digisoft possible?

G'day All,

	  I've been trying to upload my Babylon 5 Episode Hypercard stack 
to the digisoft ftp site that Jim M. is using for colllection of donated 
programs for his upcoming Golden Orchard II CDROM.

Only thing is when I try to upload to the directory, I get a "error 
message permission denied".  Whats going on?? Anyone know??? Has he 
stopped accepting files for the CDROM???

Please help.
