AE GSRam-plus chip swap

my GSRam-plus card wasn't working properly in my ROM03 GS.  The answer seems to
be that there is a specific chip on the card that will work with one or
the other ROM version, but not both.  Unfortunatly, I have the wrong
chip in my board....
	My question is, does anyone have this chip, or know where I
could pick one up.
	The chip is in the upper right (front...) of the card, and in my
case is labeled GSPLD1A-Q.  Apparently, I need one labeled GSPLD1B.1. 
Anyone have any ideas?  Oh, specificly, the card is a Applied Engineering
GSRam-plus, Rev D.

	While I'm at it, does anyone who has a ROM01 GS want to buy a
GSRam-plus with 5 megs installed?  If so, make me an offer.
