You can try downloading it from Tony's web site via the following URL.

That page allows you to select from all his Shrinkit (.SHK) archived 
src. codes to his programs - as available and released.

I downloaded it from there and had no problems unshrinking it. I also 
found nothing in any of the files that even remotely looked like 
anything to do with Genie. I couldn't even find the work genie in any of 
the files. Let me know (by email) if you have the same problems, when 
downloading the Nexus v1.2b src. codes archive from the above mentioned 
URL.
