I'm planning to make PPP for the GS support Appletalk, so I'll be working
through all these problems to get it to work with both GS/TCP and the
built-in Appletalk stack.

GSOS drivers? No. GS/TCP has its own network interface driver
specification. There wasn't anything suitable for use as a network interface
driver in GS/OS.
