In my never-ending quest to stimulate the reclassification of Apple II
software as freeware for release and distribution to the public via the
NET, I just finished a voice conversation with Eagle I. Berns, a past
programmer for the Apple II platform, who has many programs, that he
still holds the rights to, which were included in Nibble disks, etc.
He agreed to allow for distribution of all his Apple II programs now as
freeware. Should anybody find any programs that he authored they can now
be distributed as freeware. If you have any need to varify this, he can
be reached as noted below.
