Toner Program ...

Has anyone tried out the Toner utility which was posted to the
binaries by Brian Ballweber on Oct. 5???

I may sound a bit like a hick BUT it works great ... I held the phone
up to my //gs speaker and dialed my friends number on the computer key
pad ... AND HE ANSWERED!!!

I have never heard of this c.1989 program before!  I know this is
looking a gift horse in the mouth BUT is the source available
anywhere?  I work in the telecom industry and am just plain curious
about the workings of this one.
