I know there are such programs on the asimov site but the program I've
used was obtained from Genie.  It was called something like DISKREAD;
I believe I did a keyword search on "DSK" to locate it.

It seems to work okay on the 5.25" disks that I created.  First, I
copied the files from either a 3.5" disk or my hard drive to some
5.25" disks and then ran DISKREAD to create 140K "DSK" images of each
one.  It was a blast to see some of the P8 programs I've written for
the Apple II running on a PC :)
