Pinout of the Mac cable I am using, as requested. You'll probably have
to paste this into Notepad or something and use a fixed pitch font.
Note that it is not wired exactly right for a IIgs. If I can find
those DB-15 connectors I had, I'll wire the exact cable, although it
probably won't make any difference.
