It looks like we've got a pretty lively discussion on the subject - or
at least attacking it from a different angle anyway.

I think using an Ethernet-LocalTalk router has promise - any time a
problem can be attacked w/o new hardware, I feel like it's more likely
that it'll get solved, but then I'm a software guy. :)
