yep.  That little commodore "c" made me wonder... works fine though!  
Thanks to all who helped me with this.  Hey, by the way, Does anyone know 
anything about the AE DMA compatability card that plugs into either the 
AE GS-RAM cards or the RAMKeeper?  Can anyone comment upon its 
usefulness?  I'd like to get ahold of one, but never heard any replies to 
my WTB on .marketplace a while ago.  Maybe I'll try again, unless anyone 
has any suggestions.... (hint, hint!)
