Printing at Kinko's Part II

Some time ago I asked how to print a postscript file created on the
IIgs at Kinko's. I got a number of answers, unfortunately, I didn't
save on crucial one where I was told that there are one or more lines
in the postscript file that might have to be removed or the Mac at
Kinko's could possibly hang with a terse message of ill-formed command
or some such. (We were using Apple's Laserwriter Utility to do the
printing on a HP 4MV printer.)

Really appreciate hearing (again) what lines have to be removed since
the "diagnostic" messages that the Mac gave me didn't inclued the
offending lines or their line number.
