csa2 FAQ changelog

[Mostly informational about changes to the FAQ for those who like
to proofread my work. These changes bump it to v5.0.2; drop by
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html ]

Added sections today on adding RAM (#20), accelerating (#21), and
determining how much RAM is in a system (#55). Also alphabetized the
list of companies is #87. (Question numbers can and do change often
due to inserting sections, so it's best to look for things by subject
in case I do more work before you look these changes up.)

   Still to do: clones (Franklin, *), Applesoft info pointers, other
stuff that's suggested.
