Zip Questions

  Hey, just got my ZipGS today and am loving the speed.  Couple questions...

I have a sound card, the ZipGS, an internal hardcard (Focus), and a 
ASTVision plus. (External is a modem and a printer). 
What slots would you all recommend accellerating?
The original settings included the Zip slot itself being accelerated.

  Characters jump up a dozen lines or appear elsewhere than where they 
belong.  Some vt100 control codes are also turning up.

CAN ANY ONE COMMENT ON THIS PLEASE!!!!  My modem is a USRobitics 14.4 ext.
