Listen up, Turley.

You have been warned, over and over and over again, to stop making
absurd, groundless, preposterous and delusional claims against me.

You have forced me, several times over the past few years to visit
the police in order to report you for criminal harassment. You have
been threatened with arrest by Officer Taylor of the San Rafael
Police Department. You have been threatened with civil lawsuits.

You have ignored all the warnings.

So, for the benefit of Apple II world, I am now forced to unmask you
for the patholgical liar you really are. Here's just a few facts
about Charles Turley, aka Dr Tom:

- Charles Turley has stated to me that he receives A PSYCHIATRIC
  DISABILITY.

- Charles Turley advertised pirated software for sale in the San
  Francisco Chronicle. At the time, he was selling AppleWorks for
  $10. That was in the mid-1980's.

- Charles Turley recently admitted on csa2 that "the only reason I
  ever sold pirated software was to support my crack cocaine habit."

- Charles Turley has been caught, dozens of times, in his lies.
  Here's just one silly example....

Perhaps three years ago, Turley called me up and asked me for Burger
Bill's phone number. I refused to give it to him, but he was such a
pain in the rear, I finally just said: "He's listed in the phone
book, somewhere in Southern California."

A few minutes later, Burger Bill called me and said: "What the hell
is wrong with you? Why did you give that raving lunatic my telephone
number?"

That was, of course, just the first of many lies that Turley has been
caught in.

Turley...since the fear of arrest and the fear of lawsuits mean
nothing to you, your continued liberlous claims against me are going
to force me to do something I've been thinking about for years...
gathering together the Apple II development community, in order that 
we can issue a "Warning To The Apple II Community" against you.

I know many of those who you have wronged and defrauded, including, but not 
limited to...myself, Bill Heineman, Eric Shephard, Tony Diaz, Seven Hills
Software, Quality Computers, Richard Bennett, Bill Mensch, and on and on 
and on.

I intend to unmask you, Turley, for the liar and thief and sector
editor that you really are.

I've had it with your libel and false claims and with your delusions.
It's time that you were stopped before you defraud anyone else.

Oh, and btw, what on earth prompted you to post a scanned photo of a
house on your home page and claim that it was "your house" when it
wasn't?

I think it's impossible for you to tell the truth. Simply impossible.

You get some weird sick pathological thrill from hassling other
people. Well, you've hassled me for the last time, mother f**ker.
