.nib files

I previously posted a message about .nib files and how to convert them to
5.25" disk.

Been doing some researching on this and have found a program called SST
(Saltines Super Transcopy) that will supposedly transfer a .nib file back
into a 5.25" disk. However I've ran into another snag. The .nib file in
question is 458 ProDOS blocks which won't fit on a 5.25" disk. As a
.nib.gz file it's only 41k. Also, SST only runs under DOS 3.3 so using
3.5" disks won't help either.

Thanks to those who helped with the original question..but now I need more
info/advice.

HELP!
