Further testing...

The Video7 TTL RGB card in my IIe drives this converter board just
fine, using the same cable I used on the IIgs. I didn't change any
settings on the converter.

I expected that the converter input setting would have needed to be
changed from RGBS to RGBHV for the Video7 board. However, when I
select RGBHV, I get no picture. In any case, I can use the exact same
cable and settings with both computers with acceptable results.

I think the display looks just a bit sharper than the IIgs did. The
colorbars are off a bit, but this isn't due to the converter. The
Video7 board is still expecting to talk to an Apple monitor, not a CGA
or compatible display.

Running the Apple IIe diagnostics, all modes display ok. DHR looks
correct, unlike on the IIgs.
