You can find a copy of that instrument patch bank from the following
site: ftp://apple2.caltech.edu/pub/apple2/music/synthlab/midibnk.shk
Once you have it, unpack it to the same directory your sequences are
located (or you can load it separately if in another directory).
Once there, you might also want to grab my "Grandpiano.bnk". It's
a fair bit nicer than the regular piano patches Apple supplied with
synthLAB. :-) (Mind you, I prefer listening to the piano patches on
a Roland SCC-1, but then my GS doesn't have one so it'll have to do ;)

Well it's a game adaption of Gradius (more or less) that Bright
Software wrote in 1991. Seven Hills Software is the publisher, and
at present, Shareware Solutions II is the official distributor of
the game (price is US$20). Spacefox's music and animation are quite
impressive, although game-play is much too difficult, even for the
most avid and skilled arcade player. Fortunately there are ways to
cheat. ;-)
