Humm very interesting. Have you tried the 640x480 setting
to see if it helps with the dithering issue i see in the desktop
background.

but the text seems clean and clear. I might try this if it can be used
on my SD TV ( a 21" SONY trinitron that has RGB connections in
the back). that might clean up my 80 colum blurry text when in color
mode.
