   Take a look at ftp://ftp.apple.com/dts/aii/ftn/ftn-about-92-06
Directory types are $0F; auxtypes are pretty much optional and
ignorable. The directory byte isn't encoded; just look for an 0E
around the filename and change it to 0F.
