Utterly Depressing

I can't express my disappointment at the general state of this group. The
majority of the bandwidth is ... depressing. I am at a complete loss of
words to describe my disgust.

Each and every time one of you post another round in these never-ending
flame wars, please consider this: As an existing, and active, member of
the Apple II family don't you think your efforts would be better spent
working to preserve, dare we imagine improve?, the heritage we all so
love? Is this the image you really want new Apple II user's to see?

I've spent three hours trying to think of clever things to say, words to
convey my meaning, and in general find a way to express my feelings. I
failed.

This is not the Apple II community I grew up in, and it's not an Apple II
community I want to be a part of. I know it's a minority, but like the
"moral majority" in politics it's the voice the majority of the people
hear.

I'm glad I'm not Woz; as depressing as this is to me...
