Why is it that newcomers to our group (or to quote FlameStation XL,
"clueless newbies") always pick out the most highly visible and respected
members of our group to flame?

I never heard of Sam Ismail until maybe a month ago, but I've been using
Nathan Mates' software for years. So, who the heck is Sam Ismail and why
is he such a flame-meister?
