Brian: I've used the setup for almost two years, and it seems to work fine. I thought the expected V was 4.5; but as I remember, there was some discussion in an old AOL group that explained how the setup was OK (Me no physics guy). The freeware "Lithium Grease" is probably a good idea: it backs up control panel settings in a retrievable file. Good luck, Ron.
