Definitely not the right kind of disk. Drop by the comp.sys.apple2
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) posting, which is archive on the WWW
at http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html
In the sections on file transfer, it's noted many times than Apple II
and IBM disk formats are incompaible without (rare) addon hardware.

Most Apple II disks either came with a bootable OS on them, or
would put up a notice to the effect of something similar to "This is
not a bootable disk. Please try another" or "Unable to load ProDOS."

Finally, as noted in the FAQ, comp.sys.apple2 is the best place to
ask general questions, and so my reply is going to both
comp.sys.apple2 and comp.sys.apple2.usergroups, with all followups
defaulting to comp.sys.apple2 only.
