It can't be done via disks. You have to transfer the data via a serial link
or modem link, or email.  This can generally be done with most telecom
programs, or you can use a dedicated utility such as Cross-Works.  Most
better telecom programs can perform the conversion of CR into CR-LF on the
fly during the transfer of text files.

Cross-Works is the only utility that I know of that can translate files
between Apples and PC.  It comes with a nifty hydra-headed cable that can
hook anything to anything, and supports a whole lot of formats.
