Mister Mates,

For someone who complains about (quote)'people who took basic law classes in
High School or college and think they're experts now'(end quote), you seem to
have done the same by referring to this 'legal' FAQ. I would like to inform
(again) you and the world at large that no matter what the duration of the
copyright or type of material copyrighted, it is ONLY enforeceable by ONE
person: the copyright holder. So, until you either:

(a)find a program on asimov that you ARE the copyright holder OF, or

(b)have been assigned that right by the said legitimate copyright holder via
signed and duly witnessed disposition,

you are merely complaining about things which in my opinion ONLY the actual,
legally legitimate copyright holders of such software should be the ONLY ONES
concerned with. Your statement of that FAQ merely shows that you are using
what little you know of law (obviously garnered off the internet no less :-) )
to hide and cloud over the very issue that is at the heart of this matter,
which you obviously have not answered in my previous posting.

In my opinion, sir, if you WANT to make a REAL statement (as I have already
stated in my previous post), get in touch with the ACTUAL copyright owners and
ASK THEM IF THEY want to do anything about it INSTEAD of:

(a)continuing your obsessive paranoia and attention-seeking habit regarding
old software copyrights, which you do not own, on asimov, and

(b)taking up bandwidth with your incessant rants (amusing*barely* though they
may be).
