   Why is it called the Frequently Asked Questions? Maybe the name
means somthing-- they're questions that get asked fairly often. Every
time I refer someone to it (tip: there have been times I've answered
questions w/o referring them to the FAQ for good reason), their
question is answered in it.

   Newbies SHOULD read the faq before posting their first question.
By responding, I hope that their second, third, and fourth questions
are answered when they read it.
