   For a non-enhanced //e, Newsroom was probably one of the better
(though most of its stuff looked fairly cheesy) programs, unless you
take a jazzed Appleworks with Superfonts and the like. Publish-It!
required 128K of ram, and possibly an enhanced //e (never used it, but
by release 4, it was reportedly pretty darn spiffy).

   Where to get this stuff? Ask on comp.sys.apple.marketplace and
see if someone'll sell you a copy-- the programs I mentioned were
commercial programs.
