   Visi believes in customer service. Everyone gets the office pager
in the information packet when they sign up for the account. Someone
has a problem, especially one that can affect system performance or
security, they want to know. The quality of the admins and service is
one of the reasons why I pay good money to have an account there. (No,
this is not a free account)

   I already knew procmail; I posted some months ago how to filter
all messages from a certain dork who refused to listen to requests
NOT to email and post comments. 

   Dealing with the low level kinds of idiots who get desperate at the
thought of asimov being nailed by the FBI is one of the things I took
on when I started these pushes to clean up the pirate site. Dealing
with this kind of mailbombing dork is almost easier: they break the
rules, they pay. Same with Asimov's admins in a few days.
