RE:Apple /// system disks?

I have an Apple /// with system and other software.  The last I heard was 
that the Apple /// system software was still not available to freely 
distribute (silly, I know).  But apparently Apple dealers can do it (but 
probably won't be bothered) and can be distributed by User Groups that 
signed the licencing agreement with Apple.  In the US, Apple Pi has a large 
Apple /// following with software.  Don't know the address or phone though 
-- perhaps others do.
