Nope, Apples tend to have identically shaped ports for things that
have the same function. The printer and the modem ports on the //c are
both the 5-pin serial variety, with icons to identify them as
such. (If the icon says 'disk', then it means that. Ignore the 25-pin
serial connector on some IBM PCs.)
The FAQ should list a few sources for Apple //c cables; if you feel
