Thanks for the pointer. I found it at:

However it does quite a different thing. It allows to _access_ the
files on a .dsk image from GOS/OS while I plan to _run_ the files on a
.dsk image from an actually active DOS 3.3 (clone).

That's exactly the point. No fiddling with real disks nor DOS MASTER
partitions.

Thanks for your interest - but note "when ever" might easily turn out
to be measured in years ;-)
