Well...I don't know of a Q&D method for sending PostScript from a
Macincrash to a LaserWriter.  But if all else fails, you could try this:

(WARNING:  Apple ][ "blasphemy" follows!!)

1.  Using the Mac, copy the file to an MS-DOS disk.
2.  From MS-DOS, on a machine connected to a PostScript printer as LPT1:,
    issue the following command:

C>copy filename.ps lpt1:

That will dump the file to the printer.

As a better alternative (though probably not one that Kinko's would
allow), you could connect your GS to their LocalTalk network and print
from GraphicWriter.  (not likely they'd want you doing that...)

Just a couple of thoughts...
