The auto configuration provided by the PC Transporter software is of
limited use - it cannot detect some devices (e.g. an Apple 3.5 drive
connected to the PC Transporter is misidentified as a TransDrive 3.5).

If I am configuring the PCT from scratch, I might use autoconfig once,
but I would always check the results and reconfigure it as required.
