Look on ftp://ground.isca.uiowa.edu or ftp://apple2.caltech.edu for a 
file or files called HDInstall.  Among the many programs this allows to 
be installed on the HD is one for DMGS.  One of the files has it's hidden 
bit enabled, so you won't see it unless you flip that.

The Docs are in French, but with some fiddling around, you'll probably 
have no problems.  It did work for me, but I couldn't make much progress 
(I misplaced my maps and notes for level 7 so I'm lost...)
