(sigh) how quickly we forget...
Or an image of DOS 3.3 on Tracks $00-$02.
If you don't mind a LOT of typing, or if you have a serial card, you can
dump DOS 3.3 directly into memory, call the entry point, then format a
disk and re-boot. It's a neat trick!
