Yes, the "Installer" disk has an option to create an 800k bootable disk.  
After doing the install, some files may be deleted that are not wanted, 
which may allow install of some extra NDAs, fonts, or second printer driver. 
Both files  T2 and T3  are added to the 800k system disk when created by 
Installer.  Only one is needed, depending if the GS you have is ROM01 or 
ROM03.   T2 is needed for ROM01 and T3 is for ROM03.  Delete the redundant 
one.
