Mac bashing aside <G>, I agree with Nathan that it's not very productive
to use a proprietary compression scheme like Stuffit does. It's often hard
enough to figure out how to transfer files from one computer to another
without having to worry about incompatible compression schemes. I fail to
understand why they don't just make Stuffit's decompression source code
available to the public. It hasn't hurt zip, gzip, compress, tar, nufx or
any others I could name.
