I may have missed whether you checked this, but are you sure you have a 40
Track double sided 360K IBM-compatible drive attached? As I understand
from Jeff's reply, a 1.2 Meg High Density Drive wouldn't work. (If you
have a 100% original XT you should have the right drive anyway).
