Well, I integrated the changes I made to the downloading section of
the c.s.a2 FAQ into the rest of the FAQ, and have placed it on the
web.  (Copies will be posted to c.s.a2 at the start of the month;
don't worry). I made changes to questions 3-13 of the FAQ; it's at
http://www.visi.com/~nathan/a2/faq/csa2.html

   Once again, comments, fixes, etc are always appreciated. I'm trying
to update the www version within a day or two of any concrete changes
emailed to mem while it's only posted to c.s.a2 monthly. Thus, check
the www version to make sure it hasn't been corrected already.
