Re: DSHD 5.25 disks



"Col.Brewster" asked if he could use DoubleSided/High Density 5.25" disks with
an Apple II computer.  From my experience, the answer is no.  DS/DD [double
sided/double density] disks are the only ones that work reliably.
 
   The good "Col" should be able to find them at most office supply stores, for
certain (and must lower in cost) via mail order from Micro Center, etc.
Supposedly, there are some folks on the west coast that sell used ones on the
very cheap.
