Help with a .dsk

I came across a file on a web page yesterday that was gziped.  Upon unzipping
it, I found a .dsk file.  I was informed that this is a disk image for
DOS3.3.  Is this correct?  If yes, how can I use the image if I have a GS?  Do
I need DOS3.3?  Where can I get it?  Thanks for any help you can give me!
