Stephan,

I think I have it. But I'm not sure if it has the original software on it. A
Dutch programmer/ dealer wrote some software for it himself, like to use it as
a RAMdisk. It's on 5.25" disks, and I don't have such a drive anymore. It
would take till the 14th of September (next Apple meeting) to find an Apple II
with a 5.25" drive to .SHK it for you...
