I have an EPROM 'burner' card but no software to use it. I understand
that many companies created EPROM cards, but they could pretty much
use the same software for utilizing it.
There is no manufacture label on the card, but if it helps to
determine who made it, I'll describe its look.
Looking at the face of the board with the card connector pointing down
and on the right, there is a ZIF socket on the left side of the card
pointing up and down. Just to the right of the card is a printed chart
of DIP switch positions to select what type of chip is installed.
Below the chart is the actual DIP switch (10 position). At the top of
the board it states 'EPROM PROGRAMMER'. On the rest of the board is
about 8 chips, mostly in the same orientation along with a couple of
power supply components (voltage regulators, caps, etc.)
