2qwk! error fix

To anyone having trouble installing 2qwk! 2.03 (crash to monitor after
the program starts)...

The program is supposed to create the file */data/iiqwk.pref, which is
the details about your system and where the program is located.  Tom
accidentally included this file (pertinent to his own computer) in the
archive, so if you unpack the iiqwk.pref file it will mess you up.

Solution:  don't unpack that file!  Install creates it.  If you're
replacing 2.0 / 2.01 / 2.02 with 2.03, you can leave the one you already
have because 2.03 is intuitive enough to use previous preference files.
(And if you're using a pre-2.0 release... why???)
