Here's what I determined epirically last night to see what a LIST
displayed when a given token ($00 - $7F) was encountered in a
program. This list is best used for taking a pretokenized integer
basic program and turning it into a text file-- many tokens display
the same thing, but may have subtly different meanings when run. This
