Two chips (two TC514400AP-8 or -10) from Sequential.  As noted a post
earlier, Jameco sells a 514400J of a different design which will not fit
in the socket -- might work with rewiring but I'm not gonna try.  :)

And publicly I say, answering Shawn's bit about the RamKeeper:  Some
people have reported they do okay with a RamFast and a RamKeeper, others
such as myself [using an Apple 1M + AE GSRAM Ultra 4M and RamKeeper 1.6
and rev D RamFast with 3.01f] can't get System 6.0.1 to finish loading
without a loop-lock, but all memory comes up when booting from 3.5".
